Still not working as of now in Chicago area. Are we going to be receiving a credit for this service not working? We need this service to run our businesses!

We sincerely apologize - yes we'll offer credit for this excessive downtime. We are still focusing on getting every unit back at the moment but please contact us and we'll process the credit later.

The service is still out at this time in Southern California. It would be nice if it would come back on

Down in Lynchburg, VA. AT&T mobility is also experiencing issues on data with our hotspot.

The communication for our devices has not been restored since reporting this morning. I have closed the program several times during the day but no change when opening the program today.

As of 3:15 CT service has not resumed In Dallas / Ft Worth Area. Please keep me posted as to when you think this will be resolved.Thanks

Very sorry your devices are not yet back online. The recovery is still in process. The latest update from the provider was at 3:36 pm EDT "Services continue to restore, and we are seeing traffic restoration has greatly improved". Our estimate for those units that are still offline would go to this evening. We have been actively working with them and monitoring the restoration process.

So far there's no new updates from the provider but we have been liaising with them. If your devices are still offline, they may take tonight if not sooner.

I'm in Dallas and I have 10 trackers. Only 3 are working.

Sorry it's still down there! The carrier hasn't given a concrete ETA but said "they hope to ensure the network stability as soon as possible". We are in communication with them for further updates.
