We were just notified by our SIM card carrier that there's a network degradation since about 4:00PMM EDT.
This affected the TK373 users in certain areas only. If you have your own SIM card, you are not affected.
The SIM provider network engineers are working on the issue and this thread will be updated for latest status.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
UPDATE [6:42PM EST]
The issue has been resolved by our SIM provider and your tracker should start coming back online.
