the covert pop up window doesnt come up at install

I'm trying to install the covert option on a Verizon htc Rezound. I can download it, but upon restart a popup window never appears for me to enter the tracking id. Any advice?

Have you tried to power cycle the phone by battery pull? What's the Android OS version?

Same problem here with Galaxy S3 turn off restart and battery pull doesnt work. Any ideas? The non covert version works fine

Same issue here. New GS2. Android version 4.0.4. Never shows pop up window. I see where ATApp has been downloaded, but it does not appear to be running, with no apparent way to start it...

Confirmed this is an issue on Android 4. Working on a fix...

Fixed. A new Configuration Tool app has been added to the covert version download area to assist the first time configuration after install. Please download the Configuration Tool for the non-renamed version from
here.
