everything setup but never anything on tracking page? i730
I have full service with internet access on my i730 but as far as I can tell no tracking info on the tracking page. What is going on?
I'm having a similar problem. Upon further investigation, I noticed that there was an error on the handset when it was sending info to the server. See viewtopic.php?t=177 .

Is your "full service with internet access" called Total Connect or Packet Stream (in US)? AccuTracking would require either of them.

what I have
I have NOL full service package which includes premium web service. I checked my phone and I have a carrier IP. What ever help you could give me would be great.

For testing purpose, please go to the following site download & install WebViewer:

It will use the Total Connect. Try and see if you can connect out.

Premium web is NOT Total Connect or Packetstream, and just won't cut it.
You need one of those plans which are always an add on, and not bundled with any plan.
Check here for plans:

For regular use, but not continuous use, a 1mb plan is fine.
