Hi everyone,
We sent up a high altitude weather balloon yesterday outfitted with a phone (i290) installed with Accutracking. After several days of testing the software on a Boost phone we were confident it would work well. After sending up the payload, and phone, it's since stopped responding. My best guess is that the app is in "suspended" mode somehow and not sending coordinates.
I'm pretty sure the phone is on and in a coverage area, but we're surely losing battery quick! Is there any way, what so ever, to restart the phone (we have it set to run on start) or restart the app remotely? Any way to sms the phone and receive coords back??
Figured I would try and ask but I'm pretty sure there isnt.
All the best, and thanks
Tracking likely suspended, remote restart of phone?

"Suspended" mode does not stop the tracking: http://support.accutracking.com/kb/article/000063
I think it's the coverage issue but unfortunately we don't have remote ping/restart functions...
