Can't connect: dns error
Every so often - might be once a week, but might go for a month - my phone won't send the info and I get "can't connect: dns error". Closing and reopening the program or shutting the phone off for a while and then back on does not help. The only way to solve the problem is to remove the battery. Any ideas why it does this? Thanks.

What's the phone model and who's the carrier? Looks like a data plan issue.
