`my phones location never changed the whole day, but the phone left at noon. Why did it not ever locate it?
There could be various reasons for "not tracking": poor sky view, poor coverage, battery out etc.. Unfortunately there's no way to remotely diagnose the phone. The only way to pinpoint the cause is to get the phone and read the message on the phone screen, then look it up here:
