using for fleet tracking

I just got this software for fleet tracking. I own a service company that does weekly visits. I would like to know how I can email proof of visit upon a customers request. I would prefer to mail an image of a close up map with a time-stamp of their visit. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
