I’m having trouble getting reports of my battery level for my new i290 phone. I set it up in the Manage Units section to alert me, but I get no alerts nor does it show up on the history reports??

You might have installed a wrong version for your i290. If the AccuTracking i425 version is installed on i290, there will be no battery and cell signal strength data collected. Please start AccuTracking on your phone and see if the first screen shows "Battery" and "Cell" line. If not, you need to uninstall and reinstall the non-i425 version.

Support was right! How dumb of me.
