Wanting to use to monitor technicians

Whom ever can answer this for me I would apperciate it.

Our company is trying have a easier way of monitoring miles and travel times.

First can this software be turned off? and if so will that be reported in the software?

Second if the software is turned off can the admin remotely turn it back on through the website?

Yes the software can be turned off in the phone, no it won't be reported, and no it can't remotely be restarted.

You could however have a company policy that says they can't shut it off...
