i425 Transmitter off?

When I start the program I am getting a message that says "Transmitter off". I've never had this problem before. How do I fix this? Thanks.
It sounds like the phone is in "Airplane Mode"... You can turn the transmitter on/off in the setup menu of the phone... or try HOLDING THE POWER button down while it turns on/off. It should ask you to "allow transmissions".
