IS ALL I NEEDED TO TRACK THE BJ2 IS YOUR 7.99 PLAN, INTERNET CONNECTION FROM PHONE WITH UNLIMITED ACCESS (30/MONTH) SOMETHHING ON MY HOME COMPUTER TO DISPLAY LOCATION I ALREADY HAVVE MS STREETS & TRIPS AND GOOGLE EARTH WILL THEY HOOK UP?

Your setup sounds good. Google Earth would work but MS Streets & Trips won't:

You can always track online from our website without other software.
No covert on BJ II. Sorry.
