NO DATA

I installed the software on my phone and I can see its working on the phone but nothing is showing up online. It keeps saying "NO DATA." Will this start to work after I pay? I thought it may have been a trial period first. I don't want to pay unless I can get this software to work.
Thanks

It has nothing to do with the pay or trial. What's the phone model? Is the data plan activated for the phone? Please check the status message on the phone and look it up here:

I did the master reset as recommended in the link you post and it still didn't work. I do have an 8820 that works flawlessly so I believe something must be amiss that can be fix. Please assist. I would like to get the year subscription as I want to use this for my kids.
Thanks

Swap the SIM cards on your 8310 and 8820. If it works then it's the data plan issue. What's your carrier?

Works with other software. But I like better AccuTracking much better.

So AccuTracking works after the SIM swap? AccuTracking requires direct data connection while "surfing, gmail, msn" doesn't, so swap your SIM cards to verify.

As requested, I swapped the sim cards and I'm still getting "CAN'T CONNECT."
