How do I install

I'm sorry that I am not technologically sophisticated but "Copy the installation CAB file to your WM phone and run it to finish the installation" is completely meaningless to me. How, exactly, do you do this.

If you don't know what a CAB is - maybe you don't have a Windows Mobile smart phone?
Since you did not post any information what your trying to do - its tough to guess - what type of phone are you trying to installl too? What network? Do you have a data cable or OTA install (over the air).
