Uses?

This is fine for business purposes, but should be outlawed for tracking individuals privately. This is soulless and wrong to use on someone who is not aware of it.

Don't you have to install it on the phone to track someone? If you kept tabs on your cell phone, you wouldn't ever have this problem. I can't understand why people are so afraid of this!?!
