I need help

If you could help me that would be great. I think my craazy boyfriend is tracking me. I understand that in some cases that may necesary however, I'm not cheating so its kinda scary. Not only does he when I leave and arrive somewhere I also feel like he can hear my converstaions (he qouted a convo I was having with my CHILDREN!!) I've looked in the car and in the trunk and I really do not "see" anything. Any feedback would help.\
Kinda scared,
