i have a blackberry curve and i can't get it to work!
i checked where it says t/p: and the APN and it is blank. i called t-mobile and they said that i do have the data plan and that i could just key in the APN so i did
it still does not work- meaning i do not get a long/latitude.
someone please help!
i only have 2 / 3 bars and i went to an area where there is 90%+ and waited a few but nothing! what can i do?
i really need this to work and i have a deadline to get this done so PLEASE help!
thanks!

Is it on Verizon? If so GPS won't work. More details:

"Fixing not complete" means talking to GPS hardware timed out. I doubt your phone has built-in GPS. BlackBerry Curve has 4 different models: 8300, 8310, 8320, 8330, of which only 8310 and 8330 has built-in GPS. I believe T-Mobile only carries 8320.

No you can't because it's not a GPS-enabled phone. Sorry.

T-Mobile BB 8820 is compatible. I assume the "additional fees" applies only when you get their GPS solution. You just need to have the data plan activated to use AccuTracking on that phone.
