Blackberry 8310 - Install Issues - PLEASE HELP

Hi - I have a BB 8310 w/ AT&T service. I am trying to install the sw -but the mobile.accutracking.com/bb/index.html site will not load on the phone - all other websites are accessible without issue. I tried installing via cable, but that didnt work either.....PLEASE HELP!
