Check out this website. If Mologogo will work with GOOPS, then how about accutracking? It works with google earth.

We have KML data download for history data but not for live data. Technically it's viable with AccuTracking (we already support live tracking in Microsoft MapPoint). We'll look into this and make a decision soon.
