from iDen i930 to Treo700wx

I just got a new phone and i installed the smartphone version of the software. I generate a new tracker ID and when i try to put it into the the phone it says invalid id. Im assuming this is because im still grandfathered into the old accutracking? Is there a way to fix this?

The tracker ID should be exact 10 digits. See

Correct. The free tracker ID only works on the free version software.
