AccuTracking

I got everything running fine last night, tested well. This morning I started up the phone and unlocked the SIM, then put it on my son's truck. I am still getting last night's info.
Did I miss a step?
Anything I need to redo every time I turn the i455 on?

Is AccuTracking being set as auto-start when the phone powers up? See here:
