does this tracking works with rogers wireless in canada? i lost my cellphone so it would be helpful if someone could tell me. Thanks

you won't locate it unless you had the software installed previously.

Can I have the service here in Canada or in the USA (on a registered plan + acutracking acct) and send the phone to my fiance in Manila ? They have SMART carrier there and its GPS. Will I be able to track the phone anywhere in the world from the website or my Handphone (iPhone? will that work for my side?)?
Appreciate any help.
