can't get my geo fences to work at all. I believe that I have followed all procedures but know that I am not getting them when I see that these have been crossed yet I was not notified.

Under Account Pref; make sure that...

Alert preference (Geofence, Speed, Low battery): Email XXX SMS XXX

Are both, or at least 1, are checked - and that you have email/pager info in there.

Do you have that?
