Maybe its isolated to your area? Since you have no profile, state, city, or any other info - thats tough to say.

Its not an AT issue - as I am tracking 15 units right now - and have been all day without a glitch.

Did you try restarting the phone and application? Are you current on your AT account and Boost minutes?

Those are some of the top reasons.
