hello folks !!!

Do I have both cell tower and GPS , ON for tracking the i415 ?

also if I hard wire this phone to the car battery do I take out the i415 battery that in the phone ?

Cell tower fix is optional. Better keep the battery in.

The cell tower option "on" would give you to tower that the phone is hitting - if the GPS fix was not valid - such as being underground, in a parking ramp, garage, etc...

You must use caution with a cell tower fix - as it could be miles and miles off - depending on the terrain. Its good information - but ONLY in certain cases. If someone says they are in Chicago - but hitting a tower in another state - someone is lying....
