Occasionally I find that I am getting no data from the unit in the car. When I check the phone it reads "Application Suspended" What should I do and what may be causing this as it seems that the unit is receiving full signal etc.

Sometimes this can happen if you get alerted, a phone call, or voicemail...

Can you tell if one of those might have happened by looking in your recent call list?
