Registration Code????

It sent a registration request to my cell phone but the registration code is not showing. Everytime I try to login to Accutracking it sends me a registration request. I can not login at all now to Accutracking. I cannot see the registration code you are sending. I want SMS sent to my cell phone but I cannot see the code. Please tell me what the code is, send it to my email account that I have on record. Thank You!
