If I want my client to be able to view AccuTrack in real time, will the client also have to have Microsoft Mappoint installed on their computer?

No. You only need a web browser (IE, Firefox, Opera, Safari) to view tracking online. MS MapPoint is optional.

Thanks for the response.
Your reply has produced another question from me...
Can I get real time tracking without having Mappoint? I am planning on getting Package 2 and I want to be able to get reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and also have real time tracking with the ability to have clients use real time tracking also.
I am starting a new business and love the low cost of your service but really don't want to have to shell out $200-300 for Mappoint (unless I don't have a choice to have these features).
Thanks.

Yes, you can get realtime tracking via our website without MapPoint. The tracking is not truly "second-to-second realtime" but is "nearly realtime" - the phone reports its positions every minutes so you could get data that was recorded 1 minute earlier.

Thank you very much for the reply.
I should be up and "tracking" in August!
