Very sorry your devices are not yet back online. The recovery is still in process. The latest update from the provider was at 3:36 pm EDT "Services continue to restore, and we are seeing traffic restoration has greatly improved". Our estimate for those units that are still offline would go to this evening. We have been actively working with them and monitoring the restoration process.

So far there's no new updates from the provider but we have been liaising with them. If your devices are still offline, they may take tonight if not sooner.

Sorry it's still down there! The carrier hasn't given a concrete ETA but said "they hope to ensure the network stability as soon as possible". We are in communication with them for further updates.
