TK372 stopped reporting
TK372 stopped reporting
Have been using TK372 successfully for about 1 year. Suddenly, it stopped reporting position last night, May 31, 2017 at approx 7pm. Is there an easy way to determine if the reporting stopped due to failure of the TK372 or failure/shutdown of 2G support?

I apologize for the issue. There was a SIM data network outage last night but has been resolved. If your tracker is still offline, please contact our support.
