I am going to email you my username and have you check both my units. The one I mentioned above is not working again right now (this is the 4th time in 11 days now). My other one did the same thing 2 days ago. This has been an ongoing problem since I've had them. The problem is that they cannot be checked when they are in this state. The green light stays on which, according to the manual, says there is NO GSM reception (and I know there is). They will stay in this mode until I manually reset them because they will not accept a text command. This is the main problem with them. The other issue is that every so often they will go into a mode of sending updates every minute but show the same location (with the vehicle in motion). This too will continue until I reset them. However, when they are in this mode I CAN reset them with a text message.

I still have problems with them. A while back I did the "begin" thing and reconfigured them and since then one of them shows the unit in Portugal whenever it leaves a fence - the unit is in Illinois. I still have the same problem with both of them not working for more than 3 or 4 days and then have to do a hard reset.
