International tracking

my kid will be traveling in France and i'd like to know whether it is possible to use AccuTracing (or anything else) for tracking. The phone that she will have is a BlackJack II with a Family plan from Cingular. Please advise. Thank you.

As long as the phone is "on the Internet", it should work. However, be advised that you might receive a huge "data roaming" bill. Call your carrier first before the trip for any possible charges.
