geofence not working?

geofence not working?
ok so i set the fence to 200 feet. wait 5 minutes and drove OUT of the fence(more than 500 feet away). i have it to alert me through sms text and email, but i received nothing. tried this 5 different times and nothing. can anyone help?

well. it does say it in the alerts but no sms text. i sent my phone number the sms text address from my hotmail and it worked fine.

Then it's likely our mail server was blocked by your carrier. Please email our support with your SMS email info for further check.

Thanks for the email. As a followup here so that it might be useful to other users:
The "Time Range" setting on the fences doesn't support "overnight range". In other words, the start time and end time must be on the same day. The solution is to break the range into 2. For example, from 4pm to 8am next day would be "16:00-24:00,00:00-08:00".

so the support guy figured it out! for overnight tracking.
Pretend you wanted to set the fence at your house at around 11pm at night and make it last til like 6am you would have to set the time range to 23:00-23:59,00:01-06:00
