Iden not connecting to i335 phone???

Hi,

I'm new..but for some darn reason the i335 will not connect to the Motorola Iden downloader software. I rebooted computer and phone many times. No go?

I read and did what is was ask to do...and it will not connect to phone. It recognizes the phone when I attach to computer (USB to i335) but no connecting when Iden software is running when I click on "Connect to phone"?

I have Win xp professional...

Any one with help would be great.

Hi Eric,

I did that...no go...it is the Motorola 3.7.0 driver, correct?

The driver is: driver USB 32_v3,7.0.msi?

If not, can you give me the link?

Also make sure that that "Java Application Loader" has the use USB option selected...

Hi Eric,

I did that...no luck.

Actually, I found a website that would sent the info or .jad file over through the internet to my phone. So, when I click on "Buy apps", then it was listed, downloaded, then ran the application. Bingo...the program worked like a charm. Now, I can see my phone (GPS) on the map then I did a test very cool. Not as accurate when driving below 30 miles...I wished it would refresh it faster than 1 minute on the program since I have unlimited data package and I don't care if it would drain the battery.
Would like it to refresh say every 15 secs in low miles (less than 30 miles).

If anyone knows how?...that would be great.
