free accutracking accounts expire?

Does anyone here know if the free accutracking accounts expire after a certain period of inactivity?

I signed up awhile ago and used my account last probably early sumer time of a vacation trip. Well yesterday I went to login at http://free.accutracking.com/ because I needed the link to the google maps again and it cant remember my account/pass nor does it reconize my email address as having an account anymore.

Whats also strange is that the application on my phone still works sending the data fine without errors using the tracker id i have programed into the java app on my phone.
