i too am having problems with my blackbery 7250 not updating my gps position. i read somewhere that a firmware update possibly removed the blackberrys ability to constantly update the gps position. anything to this?

What was the problem?

Updating the firmware to v4.1 will not affect the GPS capability of the phone.
