i355 and 904 error code help please

I am trying to install from MAM onto i355 and keep getting the 904 error code. Only pblm I can guess at this point is my software version. Phone tells me I have R4D.00.00 and on MAM only boxes to choose from are R4A.00.00 and R4A.00.01 Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Do a complete clean up on MAM and your phone: un-assign AccuTracking from phones; delete JAR/JAD from MAM page; uninstall from phone if installed.

Then re-download the zip from the front page and do a re-install. Also try different firmware version selections. If still not working, let me know.

have tried all of above. Have cable, not sure how to do cable download. Thought it had to go through MAM. If cable download possible, please point me toward a link for instructions. Thanks.

Try the v2.1.7 download from the front page, they were just updated today.
