Trying to move new clients to tracking page/no can do.

When your new clients start reporting data, they'll automatically show up on the tracking page.

client still no show, took phone outside & made sure it got a fix-settings -interval 5min/runbckgrnd/hot fix enable

I had a similar issue, only with one phone, and several different reg codes. I deleted the phone and created the account again, got a different code, and all was well.
Not sure if it will help, but it might be worth a try.

Just checked - none of your other phones have reported to server.

Catch the error message on the phone if there is any. Other users with multiple phones are working normally so make sure your Total Connect is activated.
