TK373 OBD Tracker - does this tracker interact in the same way the TK104 does?

And what is the difference between the 373 and 372?

No it doesn't work the same as TK104.

TK372 is a 2G only device while TK373 is a 2G and 3G device. They all both work pretty much the same if you have
2G coverage from either AT&T or T-Mobile in your area. If you have poor 2G coverage then TK373 should be your choice.

So what is the difference? The reason I ask is that I cannot get my TK 104's to sleep anymore and my map is so full I can't hardly see anything but a bunch of dots. Do these other trackers sleep?

The difference is the coverage. 2G coverage is gradually phasing out so if you plan to use the tracker for many years, TK373 is your best choice.
Yes both Tk372 & TK373 sleep when ignition is off.
