Boost/Nextel Text Messaging Error

Hello Everyone I am a newbie here and hoping somebody can help me solve my issue/problem regarding my prepaid boost sim card in a nextel i860 phone, everytime I'm trying to send a text message to anybody except boost cell phone numbers it always says "error message undeliverable not local and forwarding not allowed". I can receive all text messages from anybody it's just the outgoing has a problem. I would really appreciate if anyone could me help me solve my problem/issue here.
