Will Gps work in Elsalvaor?

Does anyone know if the phones will locate positions in the country of El Salvador?

There is no iDEN service - so the phone will not report back the position.

Boost phones will not work there, but you could probably find a BlackBerry and a phone company that allows data... Won't be cheap though.
