Nextel network outage in Georgia area July 10, 2006

There's a Nextel netowrk outage in some Georgia areas since as early as July 7, which affects some Boost Mobile phones with area code in GA. If you have an i415, you will see "cannot connect" message on the AccuTracking screen on the phone; you cannot make phone calls either. On the phone idle screen, press "menu key" > "My Info", you'll see "Carrier IP" is "not available".
Nextel/Boost is aware of this but doesn't provide the ETA for resolution.
