Invalid Tracker ID. ????

I finally got the Tracking page online to show my user name instead of the default example one. I have not yet been able to get the Tracker ID to enter into my Nextel i88s. When I run the application it comes up with the Send interval (Mins) defaulted to 5 and the Tracker ID is blank. When I try to put in my ID number it says "Invalid tracker ID". What am I doing wrong? I deleted the one that I created yesterday and made a new client name. It gave me a new number. That one won't work either. Now what?
