can anyone help me with my gps

the program works perfect on my i860 and noting is wrong, but when i try to look for my loc on the internet i cant find it 
it says no map data, i press refresh and noting, i live in nyc, around the city so im thinking there should be a map date, but something is wrong... can anyone help?
