Samsung Factor Works or doesnt work?

i see that it says this phone works, but i also see another thread saying its not compatible.
is this phone guaranteed working?

It's compatbile with the "Other Java Phone" version, with the following limitation:
1. No battery level, GPS level, cell signal level report;
2. The Accutracking app has to be run foreground all the time.
