One of our phones is continuing to track every 30 seconds or so. The interval is currently set to every 30 minutes, but for some reason it is still tracking in seconds. It is really wearing down the batteries. We were successfully able to adjust the other phones to track less frequently thereby increasing the battery life dramatically, but this one is not changing. Any advice?

Looks like "Hot GPS" was enabled? Try to disable it try again.
