can't see map on tracking page

When using my cell phone - all I get is gray for where the map should be. Do I need to download something to my Android phone? I have to select a timestamp and go to the phones maps in order to see. I would just like a quick glimpse when logged into program.
Any help would be appreciated.

Your android browser should be able to handle the javascripts on the map page. Try a different browser like Dolphin Browser or Opera. Or you can access the mobile site: http://mobile.accutracking.com from your phone.
