Hi everyone
I am new to this software (plan 2) and have installed all the programs. I have a test device on a symbol MC35 with T-mobile data connection. Once I log into the online tracking system, it reads that there is no data received. I left the device overnight as well as the following day but the server still did not get any location data or tracking.
Any help will be appreciated.

What's the status message on the AccuTracking screen on the phone?

It just says:
Sat's in view: 0...

I have turned the GPS on and even connected it via Google, but no success with this.

Google also use network locations which we don't use on Windows Mobile phones. Is there any other GPS program you tried? The status message itself indicates you either don't have a fair sky view or GPS chip is not accessible. Move the phone outside with a clear view of the sky and see if you get any satellites in view.
