Blackberry 9630 as tracking phone

I'm using a Blackberry 9630 (Tour) to track a Motorola I465. The maps do not always appear on the BB as a readable map. Sometimes its just a box that says "map". Are there special settings I need to be aware of? Help!

When accessed from my bb the "track" has a blue box, approx 1/8" square with a small red x inside just below the device drop-down and above the track data
To compare, I logged into the mobile site from my pc and the map appears fine.

Yes, to solve this we'll switch to Yahoo maps soon. Sorry for the issue.
