Just got the cheapest phone at Boost, the Samsung Factor. It has internet, web browsing, and Java. I downloaded and installed the app, and changed the app's permissions to allow it to use GPS, but it doesn't seem to work. The app says it sent the data, but it doesn't send in the background and there is no data showing on the website. I know I'm in a good coverage area because my Android's accutracking works fine.
Is there a way to troubleshoot why the app is having trouble with the Samsung Factor?

Re: Issues with Samsung Factor (Boost Mobile)
You know I wish you guys would put info like this on the support page devices list....I DIDNT see it listed, bought one thinking since it wasn't exluded it would work, destroyed the packaging, and now it USELESS.
I didn't know it WOULDNT work until I googled it to find this thread..

Re: Issues with Samsung Factor (Boost Mobile)
The phone list on the support page is a "white list", meaning phones not covered there are assumingly not compatible. Right now only 2 CDMA phones from Boost Mobile are supported: Kyocera/Sanyo Innuendo and LG Rumor Reflex.
